Serendipity – Based upon the criteria involved in developing a boutique hotel, our design team came up with the concept of a "boutique office", with every angle and feature of the space being unique. The layout of the office is based upon the workings of a traditional European piazza, with a central courtyard vertically surrounded by three floors of workstations and private offices. The main floor cappuccino bar acts as the social apex of the building while the courtyard garden, massive windows and patios connect employees to the outdoors. The project met the client’s requirements by providing a workspace that speaks of luxury and sophistication while giving them a place that is comfortable and sensuous enough to be a second home. |
