Verve Condominiums’ interior design draws inspiration from Calgary’s East Village and its emerging potential as the city’s urban epicentre, steeped in its industrial past while connected to its renewed natural landscape.

The suites at Verve are crafted with strong attention to views, right through to the exterior beyond, with doors kept away from principal sightlines wherever possible.

In the model suite, a custom, backlit wall of millwork spans the full length of the open-concept space, interrupted only by the kitchen in the centre.

This sweeping gesture – beautiful and functional – furnishes copious storage, concealing clutter behind panels of etched-glass and slotted MDF suffused with light. Stored objects are hidden or barely visible, their silhouettes forming an engaging composition of shapes and shadows.
