INTERMEDIATE INTERIOR DESIGNER
Role and Responsibilities
As an Intermediate Designer, you will be contributing to all stages of project development and working with internal teams in completing various project deliverables.
Responsibilities include: team collaboration, project deliverables from start to finish, design concept, working drawings, and contract administration.
Position Requirements
Graduate of a recognized school of Interior Design / Architecture / Architectural Technology.
Minimum of 3 – 5 years’ experience, with minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
Developed creative, technical, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with technical software: Advanced AutoCAD, REVIT, SketchUp and Photoshop skills (including advanced rendering skills using REVIT), enhanced hand drawing skills and computer software (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent collaboration & communication skills with good command of spoken and written English.
Demonstrated Canadian experience in various project types required.

SENIOR DESIGNER
SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER
Role and Responsibilities
As a Senior Interior Designer, you will be accountable for all stages of various projects execution.
Responsibilities include: client relationship, external & internal team collaboration, managing projects from start to finish, design concept, working drawing execution, consultant coordination, and contract administration.
Position Requirements
Graduate of a recognized school of Interior Design / Architecture / Architecture Technology.
Completed NCIDQ and has accreditation (member of ARIDO).
Minimum of 8 - 10 years' experience, with minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
Highly developed creative, technical, analytical and organizational skills.
Proficiency with technical software: Advanced CAD, REVIT and Photoshop skills (including advanced rendering skills using REVIT and Photoshop), enhanced hand drawing and computer software skills - (i.e. Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
Excellent leadership, communication & collaboration skills with proven ability to work with clients, consultants and senior partners.
Demonstrated Canadian experience with various project types required.

SENIOR DESIGNER [47] ARCHITECTURAL TECHNOLOGIST
SENIOR DESIGNER / ARCHITECTURAL TECHNOLOGIST
Role and Responsibilities
As a Senior Designer / Architectural Technologist, you will be contributing to all stages of project development and working with internal and external consultant teams in completing various project deliverables.
Responsibilities include: team collaboration, design production work on various sized projects including supervision of other ID Technicians. Contract documentation, consultant coordination, building permit documentation and application, site and project administration.
Position Requirements
Professional degree in Architecture Technology or Architecture.
Preferred minimum of 8 - 10 years' experience in a similar role, including single family and multi-residential.
Analytical, creative and organizational skills.
Enhanced problem-solving skills for technical and design production issues.
Superior knowledge of construction details and materials.
Working experience with Ontario Building Code and Toronto By-Laws.
Proficiency with technical software: REVIT and AutoCAD 2018, Sketchup, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
Excellent communication skills with good command of spoken and written English.
Canadian experience required.

IT Help Desk Technician
IT HELP DESK TECHNICIAN
Role and Responsibilities
We are seeking an IT Help Desk Technician with a passion for providing quality technical support. In this role you will provide Tier 1 technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
Serve as the first point of contact for our management and employee team who are seeking technical assistance via phone, e-mail, or in person.
Assist with user onboarding and offboarding.
Keep track of IT assets.
Manage incoming support inquiries through a helpdesk ticketing system.
Diagnose, research and resolve tier 1 technical hardware and software issues.
Effectively advise and assist customers on appropriate action.
Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.
Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.
Maintain the highest possible level of customer service.
Work with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, effective training content.
Other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements
Associate degree or 1 year of helpdesk work experience required.
Hands on experience with Office365 environment.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams.
Strong customer support skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Problem-solving ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
Demonstrate an eagerness to learn.
Possess attention to detail and follow-through.
Must be flexible, comfortable with multi-tasking and able to organize priorities in a fast-paced work environment, while maintaining a high level of focus and accuracy.
High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Canadian
Able to lift at least 50 pounds.
Working Conditions
Office environment / Hybrid position
Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time
The IT Help Desk Technician role is a Monday-Friday full-time in-house position, with after-hours remote ticket monitoring for urgent issues, as well as weekend availability required in the event of urgent / critical / emergency IT issues.
Occasional travel to other offices when needed – Less than 10%.
