Custom designed for an empty-nester couple; this home is the nucleus for their family. The requirement for large versus intimate gatherings influenced the planning and use of space; comfort and warmth is maintained irrespective of the size of group.
The interior designers and architects worked concurrently to ensure the architectural envelop meshed with the interior spaces; integration is seamless. Family or private zones are located at the back of the home with direct connection to the pool, BBQ/dining and lounge areas.
Clean simple lines, beautiful classic materials and a warm palette mesh to create a comfortable, highly livable family home.
